
I don’t know about you, but between the holidays and all of the recipe testing I have been doing lately I have had more than my fair share of sweets. This weekend I needed something that would be sweet, but limited on the added ingredients and sweets.
These energy-filled protein balls are the key to satisfying my sweet tooth as well as adding a little protein to my day! I like to use a chocolate protein powder in these, but you can also substitute 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder for the protein powder. They will still have plenty of protein from the peanut butter.
