Feeding Fertility to Pregnancy

Fertility nutrition is so much more than taking the right concoction of supplements and cutting out gluten and dairy. In fact, for some people, those actions could be doing more harm than good. 

Pregnancy nutrition is so much more than taking a prenatal and cutting out deli meats. 

When it comes to the foods we choose to support fertility and pregnancy, the recommendations are much different than the recommendations for the general public. 

We are looking at what your body needs to thrive for both you and baby and that takes more than a quick overview of foods to avoid. 

We need to talk about your medical history, nutrition history, what foods you enjoy, how to support egg quality and the environment that the egg is in, promoting healthy inflammation while decreasing chronic inflammation, and giving your body the best chances possible to feed fertility through pregnancy. 

You deserve to feel good in your body and confident in your nutrition choices. 

So that when Aunt Jo says “are you sure you should be eating that,” you can respond saying “I got this,” with complete confidence in yourself and your body. 

Many of my clients have struggled with fertility and pregnancy. From TTC to horrible nausea and reflux that makes their pregnancy miserable.
